GlideMission is a church management system built in Nairobi, for churches in Kenya — with M-Pesa giving, full church accounting, parish and district structures, bulk SMS and a free member app included.
Request a Free DemoActivate your church’s own M-Pesa and members give from the app with the prompt on their phone; paybill and till contributions land against the right member and fund too.
Chart of accounts, budgets, supplier bills, bank reconciliation and financial statements your AGM and auditor can rely on.
Model your real hierarchy — presbytery, parish, district, guild and youth groups — each with its own members and funds.
Announcements, meeting notices and pledge reminders sent through local gateways to exactly the right group or district.
Members see their own giving history, pledge toward campaigns and follow church events from their phones, at no extra cost.
A Nairobi team that trains your staff, migrates your registers and answers the phone on Sunday morning — not on another continent.
Most church management software is designed for congregations in America or Europe. The feature lists look impressive until a Kenyan church asks the practical questions: how does an M-Pesa paybill contribution reach a member's record? How does a parish with eight districts and a women's guild holding its own funds report upward to the presbytery? How do we produce an income and expenditure statement the annual general meeting will accept?
Those questions rarely have good answers in software built for a different context. The result is familiar — a church pays for a system, uses perhaps a fifth of it, and still keeps the real records in exercise books and spreadsheets alongside.
GlideMission was built the other way round: starting from how churches here are actually organised, how money actually arrives, and what church treasurers and administrators are actually accountable for.
Keep one accurate member register. Families, baptisms, confirmations, transfers, districts and group membership — searchable in seconds, and accurate because everyone works from the same record rather than their own copy.
Record every shilling, traceably. Tithes, offerings, pledges and project giving — by cash, bank or mobile money — recorded against the member who gave and the purpose they gave for. Each member can then receive a statement of their own giving for the year.
Produce accounts, not just lists. Churches pay salaries, run projects and hold funds on behalf of groups. Real accounting — budgets, expenses, reconciliation and financial statements — is what turns giving records into financial accountability.
Protect the people who handle money. Clean, reconciled books and an audit trail of who changed what are the strongest defence an honest treasurer has. Good software protects office bearers as much as it protects funds.
Respect the law. Member records are personal data under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019. Access by office rather than by habit, revocable the day an official leaves, with changes logged, is no longer optional for a church of any size.
A single congregation of two hundred members uses GlideMission to keep its register, record Sunday giving and produce a monthly report in minutes rather than a weekend. A parish with multiple districts uses the same system to consolidate across congregations while each district manages its own affairs. A denomination can see the whole picture without taking autonomy away from the local church.
You can review the full feature list, read our guide to choosing church management software in Kenya, or simply book a free demo and see the system set up with your own church's structure.
Yes. GlideMission is built for mobile money giving: paybill and till contributions are recorded against the right member and the right fund, alongside cash and bank giving, so your records and your statements agree.
Pricing depends on the size of your congregation and the modules you need. GlideMission is quoted per church with setup, training and data migration included, and we will put the full annual cost in writing before you commit. Request a demo and we will prepare a quotation for your church.
Yes. GlideMission models your church hierarchy — presbytery, parish, district, congregation and groups — so each level manages its own members and funds while reports consolidate upward.
Yes. Migrating your existing member registers and financial records is part of onboarding. Churches come to us from exercise books, spreadsheets and other systems, and nothing is lost in the move.
Your church owns its data at all times and can export it in full whenever you wish. Data is encrypted in transit, backed up daily, and access is granted by office so that an usher, a treasurer and a minister each see only what their role allows.
No. The church office runs everything from any computer or phone, and members who have Android phones can use the free app for giving history and church news. Members without smartphones are served exactly as before, including by bulk SMS.
A free demo takes about forty minutes. We set it up around your parish, your districts and your groups — not a generic sample church.
