These terms apply to the GlideMission website, web application and mobile app, operated by Digital Glide Ltd, Nairobi, Kenya. By using GlideMission you agree to them.

The service

GlideMission is a cloud-based church management system. A church subscribes to the service under a service agreement; these terms supplement that agreement for everyone who uses the system, including church staff and members using the mobile app.

Accounts

Access is granted by each church's administrators. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity on your account. A church may grant or revoke its members' access at any time.

Acceptable use

• Use the system only for legitimate church administration and participation.
• Do not attempt to access data of a church or member you are not authorised to see.
• Do not probe, disrupt or overload the service, or upload malicious content.

Your data

Each church owns the data it enters into GlideMission. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy. A church may export its data and ask us to delete it when it leaves the service.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may improve or change features; material changes are communicated to subscribing churches.

Liability

The service is provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, Digital Glide Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
