GlideMission is a church management system operated by Digital Glide Ltd ("we", "us"), 12th Floor,
Westpark Towers, Westlands, Nairobi, Kenya. This policy explains what information we collect when
you use the GlideMission website, web application and mobile app, and how we handle it.
Information we collect
- Church data. Churches that use GlideMission enter information about their
congregation: member records, groups, contributions, pledges, accounting records, events and
attendance. This data belongs to the church, which acts as its controller; we process it on
the church's behalf to provide the service.
- Account data. Names, phone numbers and email addresses of the people a church
gives access to the system, used to sign in and secure accounts.
- Contact and demo requests. Details you send us when you request a demo or
contact us, used only to respond to you.
- Usage data. Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use
it. The application keeps standard activity logs for security and support.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain and improve the GlideMission service.
- To secure accounts, prevent abuse and keep audit records.
- To send service messages a church has configured, such as SMS or app notifications to its
members.
- To respond to enquiries and provide support.
What we do not do
- We do not sell church or member data to anyone.
- We do not use member data for advertising.
- We do not share church data with third parties except the service providers needed to run the
platform (such as cloud hosting, SMS and payment providers), under appropriate safeguards.
Data security and retention
Church data is stored in the cloud with each church's data kept separate, encrypted in transit, and
backed up regularly. We retain data for as long as a church remains a customer; when a church
leaves, its data is exported on request and then deleted.

Members who want their information corrected or removed should contact their church, which controls
